to regrant them immediately and
at the same time to inform Council
through you that His Excellency has in
the meantime thought fit to grant
to James Brown and others as named in the
accompanying Petition License to occupy
and settle part of the Lands making the
subject of this Reference to the extent
of 300 acres, until the measures proposed
by his Excellency can be carried into
effect, I also transmit a few of the
Location tickets above allowed to forv the Information of the Council.
