Thomas and Jannet (Davidson) Marshall came to Canada in 1820 on the Alexander which set sail from Greenock Scotland April 20th. They arrived at Quebec City 45 days later. Read the Trout River page for more information. Read about Thomas' land claim when he first arrived. A family book was published in 1987. Read Chapter 1 (requires adobe reader).
